How to Invoice Your Client Using 2Checkout

The Online Invoices Billing and Accounting Software is fully compatible with 2Checkout so you could invoice your clients and receive payments online to your 2Checkout account. 2Checkout  integration works with all of our Online Invoices software’s Invoice Templates.

Activate 2checkout on payment your account

To accept online payments for your invoices using 2Checkout, follow these steps:

  1. Login to your Online Invoices account, or Register for a free account from this link.
  2. From the “Settings” menu choose “Payment Options.
  3. Choose “2Checkout“, mark as “Active“, and add your 2Checkout account number.
    To get your 2Checkout number and activate payment through your Online invoices system:

    1. Within your 2CO account click on the “My Account” logo at the top right. Here you will see your “Account Number.
      To have your 2CO update your payment status do the following:

      1. Login to your 2CO account.
      2. Click on “Account” Tab.
      3. Click on “Sites Management.
      4. Under “Direct Return“, Select “Given links back to my website.
      5. Under “Approved URL” enter:
        https://Yoursubdomain.easyinvoices.com.au/2co
      6. Click “Save Changes.

  4. Click the “Save” button to save changes.

After saving your 2CO settings you are now ready to create new invoices and receive your payments online via 2CO.

Creating Invoices in the online invoices system

To create new invoice follow these steps:

  1. From the “Invoices” menu choose “Create Invoice.
  2. Check this tutorial “Creating your First Invoice” to know how to create a professional invoice from scratch.
  3. Send the invoice to your client and wait for them to pay as soon as possible.

How a Client Can Pay an Invoice Through 2Checkout:

  1. After you receive the invoice, click the pay link, and you will be directed to this page below:

  2. You should fill in all the details, and from the “Payment Method” field choose “2Checkout”, and then click the “Pay Invoice” button.
  3. You will be directed to the 2Checkout payment page.

  4. Fill your Billing information and pay the invoice with your favorite payment method.
  5. Let the business owner know that you paid the invoice.
